Purchase : When you have signed a letter of intend and pay a non-reimbursable fee of 300 Euro, we will propose you a good with a list of the renewals and the related budget. If you agree, a contract will be proposed and within 6 months, your goods will be exploited.   You give us a procure for purchasing, renewing, insured and exploited , the purchase contract will be at your name.   Exploitation : After renewal, your goods will be integrated in our Aparthotel concept,  Bernainvest will furnished your apartment. Your goods will be insure against water, explosion. The return on investment will be at minimum 10%, we will give you a details on the revenue your apartment about 50% of the rent fees will be returned to you.   Conditions : This contract is made for 3 years. In case of denunciation before 3 years, an amount of 300 Euro will be taken for fixed costs. We are at your disposal for selling your goods, our commission is 3 %.
